What is fractional ownership?

Fractional ownership is a legal model that allows multiple people to co-own a single property. Each co-owner holds real rights over the property, including usage, inheritance, resale, and transfer.

Each fraction grants you 35 nights per year, distributed fairly and permanently. You can use them, rent them out, or exchange them with other co-owners.

Yes. VIDA offers two flexible programs:

  • Guest Pool: Rent out your unused nights. Income is distributed semiannually.
  • Exchange Pool: Swap your dates or property with other owners using a fair and transparent system.

Yes. Ownership is real and legally backed. Depending on the country, it’s held either through:

  • Company shares that own the property, or
  • Beneficiary rights via a trust.

You’ll pay a monthly fee that covers:

  • Property maintenance
  • Basic utilities
  • Security
  • Property taxes
    You must also follow community guidelines and notify VIDA of any transfers or changes in use.

No. All fees are clearly outlined in the Co-Ownership Agreement. Variable charges may apply only for:

  • Cleaning after each stay
  • Meals (if a meal plan is selected)
  • Additional bookings beyond your 35 nights

Yes. Your share is transferable, inheritable, and can be sold, offering long-term flexibility and value.
